Knights Vote for President

In addition to learning about Ancient Egypt, the Knights social studies classes have also been discussing the upcoming Presidential election.  On Friday, October 26th, all of the Knights classes voted in the online Channel One Presidential Election Poll, which included students in grades K-12 from across the nation.  The Knights chose Republican Mitt Romney over Democrat Barack Obama for President by a vote of 57% to 35%.  The Knights also chose the economy/jobs as the top issue in this campaign.  The Knights have also been encouraged to watch the election results on Tuesday evening in order to enhance their understanding of this country's electoral process.
