UPDATE: Algebra Connections

To begin the third nine weeks, students in Mr. Clonan's classes were given the opportunity to show off their knowledge about the Coordinate Plane with an extra credit project. The students had approximately one week to create an original Connect-The-Dots picture. Along with the final picture, the students had to submit a list of ordered pairs that could be used to create their Connect-The-Dot picture. Below are some of the students' final products.



























Throughout the next month, Mr. Clonan's students will be studying various geometric concepts.
This is a very important unit, as the students will eventually be using these topics to help them calculate the area, perimeter and volume of numerous shapes in the next unit.
